After running myself ragged I took some time off last week to spend time with my bride of 10 years and went south for 5 days. We've also scaled my training back this week and i've agreed to leave one or two in the tank. Everything felt good this morning and I did leave two sets...a quarter and another plate in the tank. I hope to build on this next week!
