Coming off a rough weekend I was pleased with my squat well over 700 at the top today. I think we were all dealing with something but we rallied. Will definitely push for 800+ next time in full gear. Thanks for coming down big fella, and way to rally!

**been a rough week.  Have been in the heat for two days straight moving into our new home and fighting a flu/cold.  I was tired after squatting so didn't get much accomplished after that.  Squats were easy, I could have added more weight without question but I wanted to save a little since I was so fatigued.  Band tension was right at 200 so I was happy with myself today.

Our new home in Kaysville.  We could not be happier.
