7/1 Power Training; DE Lower

1A) Box Squat 10x2 @ 526lbs.
2A) Conv Deadlift 8x1 @ 515lbs. (w/ chains)
3A) Leg Press 3x12
3B) Leg Curl 3x12
3C) Rope Pulldown 3x12

*Everything, even the pulldowns felt heavy today. Been quite a while since I felt this way. I know life is getting in the way of my focus but things will even out soon.
