2A) Seated Good Mornings 3x20

**been a rough week.  Have been in the heat for two days straight moving into our new home and fighting a flu/cold.  I was tired after squatting so didn't get much accomplished after that.  Squats were easy, I could have added more weight without question but I wanted to save a little since I was so fatigued.  Band tension was right at 200 so I was happy with myself today.

Our new home in Kaysville.  We could not be happier.
