7/22 Power Training; DE Lower

1A) DE Box Squat 10x2 @ 366lbs + Heavy Bands
2A) DE Deadlift 12x1 @ 315 + Quadrupled Mini Bands/Doubled Light Short Bands (technical difficulties)
3A) Wide Leg Cambered Bar Good Mornings 3x30
3B) Band Pulldowns (Heavy Band) 3x10

Totally smoked today and happy to gain a weekend off.  We are heading out of town and I hope to get some r&r!!
