3/19 Power Training; Upper Recovery

Back at it today and I am as out of shape as I expected.  The first week back after a meet and so much time off isn't pleasant but i'll get through it.  I got quite a few reps in so the blood was moving.  It was good to be back in the gym nonetheless..

1A Floor Press 3x12 @ 225
2A Supine Pullup 3x12
2B Barbell Pushups 3x12
2C Band Pullapart 3x20
2D Hang Knee Raise 3x20
