3/20 Power Training; Lower Recovery

If nothing else, this week is teaching me that I have been leaving some things out in my training...one of those things is intermittent volume.  I've already put my first phase together which includes plenty of it actually.  Doesn't mean I like it.  Good day today, but i'm excited to start moving heavy weight again.  

1A) Oly SSB Squat 12-12-10-6
2A) GHR 3x8
2B) DB Lunges 3x12
2C) BB Shrugs 3x12
2D) DB Side Bends 3x20
