3/29 Power Training; Upper Recovery

1A Mil Press 5-5-5-5-4 to 275
2A DB Bench 4x8 @ 150
2B Dips 4x10
2C Chinups 4x10
2D Barbell Curls 4x10
3A Evil Wheels 3x15

I have a solid group of kids who have been putting in the work with me for a year this month.  I couldn't be more proud of each of them!  Here's a vid of RJ last night.  The hard work is starting to pay off!
