3/14 Power Training

Weird day today...daylight savings must be messing with me! Rose and Ry got after it the hardest. Shane and I kinda roamed around after deadlifts. Hahaha.

1A) Deadlift @ 605lbs.
2A) Glute Ham Raise
2B) Box Jumps
