Just a reminder that there will be no classes this weekend! For those who would like to work out i've compiled a small bit of fun for tomorrow to do at home. Please text me your times and I will post them here.

40 Situps (not crunches..full situps!)
30 Flying Lunges (knee touch the floor counts as one rep)
20 Pushups (military style)
10 Burpees (need I say more?)
5 HSPU (break elbows is all)
