Sorry for the dormant week of posting. Been crazy lately. Good weekend WOD! Strong work everyone :)

For time perform cycles..

10-8-6-4-2-4-6-8-10 of:

Thruster (95/65) and,
Bent Over Row (95/65)

**Once cycle is started, bar cannot be set down. For every drop, perform a burpee as a penalty.
