2/24 Power Training

DE Squat 12x2 @ 275lbs + Heavy Band (Choked) *40 sec rest.
DE Deadlift 15x1 @ 315lbs + Quadrupled Mini Band *40 sec rest.
Power Squat (Light and extra deep, extra wide; focus on adductors/groin) 3x8
Low Back Raise w/ Bands 3x8
