*New ME Saturdays have begun and we had a really good time! We had a good crew and even had Nick back (RJ had car trouble). It will be good to have these guys back in the mix to get them ready for next season! I missed out on the ab roller, will hit that next week. We got a lot of work in today and it was much needed. Strong work fellas!
