We welcomed RJ down today for his first day back with us since the football season ended. He Floor Pressed 256x5 + Chains. Not bad for his first day back! I'm really excited to have my boys back after an awesome football year. I'm really proud of both RJ and Nick, and honored to have them train with us..they're always working to get better!
