11/17 Power Training; DE Upper

1A) DE Bench Press 8x3 @ 245 + Light Short Bands 
2A) Incline CG Bench Press 2x10 @ 275 
3A) Skull Crusher 2x12 @ 146
3B) DB Row 2x12 @ 170 

Rolling into the weekend on fumes!  Think i'm fighting a stomach flu of some sort..
