11/22 Power Training; DE Lower (Volume/Deload)

1A) Squat 4x8 @ 416lbs 
2A) Deadlift 4x6 @ 376lbs (super wide) 
3A) Seated Good Morning w/ Cambered 2x10 
*Went with somewhat of a deload today as i'm starting a three week volume cycle. I'm pretty hammered this week and still fighting some sort of flu. I think the lighter day will help me in the long run. May as well use the holiday week to my advantage..
