11/4 Power Training; DE Lower (w/ squat vid)

1A) Protyazka Combo 3x20
2A) TKE-Heavy Band 4x40
3A) DE Box Squat 8x2 @ 326lbs + 200lbs chains
4A) DE Deadlift (Conv) 12x1 @ 286lbs + 200lbs chains

*Crazy start to the new DE cycle. The chains will take some getting used to. Luckily the deadlifts felt light and everything moved quickly. Legs are just fatigued from Tuesday.
