*We had an incredible day today.  The fellas all brought it and I believe everyone PR'd but me (which i'm fine with..feeling pukey anway).  It was probably top 5 training sessions of all time (collectively).  I'm proud to be a part of our crew and proud of each member and his/her success.  Strong work!
