11/15 Power Training; DE Lower

1A) TKE-Heavy Band 4x40
2A) DE Squat 8x2 @ 396 + 200lb chains
3A) DE Deadlift 8x1 @ 357 + 200lb chains
4A) Ab Wheel 3x10 

**Decent training day today, but we were all still pretty tired from Saturday.  We rallied but certainly welcome a rest day tomorrow.  Also, Nick and RJ were down again this morning in full force.  Strong work fellas!
