11/8 Power Training; DE Lower

1A) TKE-Heavy Band 4x40
2A) DE Squat 8x2 @ 366lbs + 200lbs chains
3A) DE Conv Deadlift 10x1 @ 326lbs + 200lbs chains
*Changing our schedule this week so as to squat heavy on Saturdays.  I obviously felt very fresh this morning and all went well.
