12/13 Power Training; DE Lower

1A) DE Squat w/ Spider Bar 10x2 @ 366lbs + Doubled Light Bands
2A) DE Deadlift 12x1 @ 387lbs + Quadrupled Mini Bands
3A) Upper Back/Trunk Work Tomorrow

*First time using SSB for speed work and I enjoyed it.  I'm really making an effort to add even more new and fresh things to training lately and look forward to the next few weeks of speed work especially.
