12/8 Power Training; DE Upper (Deload)

1A) Bench Press 8x5 @ 236 + doubled mini bands 
2A) Press 3x10 @ 146lbs 
3A) Fat Bar Tri Pushdown 3x12 w/ doubled light band 
3B) Pullup Complex 3 x 3-3-3-3 

**Awesome deload day. I barely worked up a sweat but I was able to get a fair amount of quality work in. I feel really good after training today.
