4/2 Training

Two WOD's this weekend!!  Last night went..

Thruster 3-3-3-3
then..
For time sprint 800M

This morning we did in teams of two..
2RFT

Sprint 400M
50 Flying Lunges
50 Deadlifts (95/65)
50 Hand Release Pushups
50 Wall Touch Situps



Oldie but goodie...you guys are the best.
