4/6 Training

Even though i'm out of town you all are not off the hook for one more workout this week before I return!  This should keep you in good shape..

WOD

On the minute for 30 minutes..

10 Wall Touch Situps
10 Hand Release Pushups
10 Bottom Squats**
**Pause at the below parallel (bottom) position for 2 seconds.
