4/23 Power Training, DE Lower

Great training session today. Speed and explosiveness continue to get better as weight gets heavier.

1A) DE Box Squat 12x2 @ 346lbs + Heavy Bands
2A) DE Deadlift 15x1 @ 346lbs + Short Average Bands
3A) TKE 3x20
3B) Double Light Band Pull through 3x12
