After a week off I had two decent training sessions yesterday and today.
Yesterday went DE lower..
Box Squat 12x2
Deadlift 15x1
Seated Good Mornings 3x12
Today went a little better...had to come in house and throw up though.
1A) DE Bench 8x3
2A) Ring Pushups 20, 20, 20
3A) Pullup Matrix 3 reps in 5 different grip positions x 3
3B) DB Rows 3x8 (Tweaked Bicep)
4A) Black Band Tricep Ext w/ Fat Bar
