The Pain Of Powerlifting

There has been much debate lately over why we train individually.  Why do you train?  Is it so you can be an all around fit athlete?  So you can be slim with a small body fat percentage and good muscle tone? Run a mile in 6 minutes and Deadlift/Squat twice your body weight?  Or is it so you can be the biggest and the strongest at your age, size, level, specialty, etc..?  

This is why I train...why do you train?
